The study compared two approaches to ergonomic training for logistics workers. The first approach was traditional ergonomic training conducted through seminars, while the second was a program based on experiential learning. The research focused on working conditions, proper body posture, and prevention of work-related musculoskeletal disorders. The study was conducted by Okan University. The objective was to determine which of the two approaches is more effective in reducing injury risk and improving ergonomic habits among logistics workers. The research has been completed.
