The study examined the effect of mobile video games on the development of laparoscopic skills in medical students. Laparoscopy is a minimally invasive surgical technique that requires specific skills and hand-eye coordination. The research focused on whether playing mobile games could improve simulation skills necessary for laparoscopic procedures. The study was conducted at Marmara University and included a behavioral intervention involving mobile gaming. The research falls within the field of surgical education and skill acquisition through simulation training. The objective was to determine whether there is a correlation between playing mobile games and improved laparoscopic abilities in students.
