The research aimed to develop an intelligent indicator system for determining optimal timing for weaning mechanically ventilated patients from artificial lung ventilation and their extubation. Using the Delphi method, 21 experts were consulted in two rounds with 100% effective response rate. The expert authority coefficient reached 0.89 in the first round and 0.93 in the second round. An initial list of 203 items was refined to 211 items in the second round, resulting in a final system with 6 primary and 58 secondary indicators. The system covers the complete clinical patient trajectory from medical history through intensive care unit admission to post-extubation outcomes. The resulting system demonstrates high expertise and good consensus among experts, making it suitable for developing intelligent predictive systems in clinical practice.
