EU Screening Week: Hold a lung testing event to put respiratory health on the EU’s screening map

The European Respiratory Society (ERS) and the European Lung Foundation (ELF) are inviting respiratory professionals and patient networks. Their goal is to help place respiratory health on the European Union's screening map. This is to be achieved by holding lung testing events. These events will take place during EU Screening Week 2026. EU Screening Week 2026 runs from September 28 to October 4. The initiative aims to raise awareness about the importance of lung health and its early diagnosis.
