Employees drafted a petition expressing disagreement with the comprehensive monitoring without prior notice and based on an unpublished contract. The ministry claimed it was a standard procedure that employees misunderstood. However, employees argued that the scope of the audit did not meet legal conditions and that data about specific individuals was provided to their supervisors. Employees plan to file complaints with the Office for Personal Data Protection and the State Labor Inspection Office.
