This study focused on the design and evaluation of a digital physical activity intervention. Its target group was individuals suffering from severe mental illness. The intervention took place in an Irish mental health residential setting. The specific intervention was named Active Ease Digital Physical Activity Intervention. It was a behavioral intervention designed to promote physical activity. The study was sponsored by several institutions, including Munster Technological University, the Health Service Executive (HSE), Loughborough University, and Taighde Éireann - Research Ireland. The project has been successfully completed.
