The study examined the effects of a structured nursing intervention on sleep quality in patients with chronic heart failure. The intervention program combined sleep hygiene measures with cognitive-behavioral strategies. The research was conducted at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan. The study focused on patients suffering from chronic heart failure who frequently experience sleep disturbances. The structured approach integrated education on proper sleep habits with psychological techniques for managing sleep problems. The goal was to improve sleep quality and thereby enhance the overall health status of these patients. The study was successfully completed.
