The study compared two surgical methods for papilla reconstruction in gingival tissue. The first method was a de-epithelialized gingival graft, which is a transplant of the patient's own tissue. The second method was titanium-prepared platelet-rich fibrin (T-PRF), a biological material created from the patient's own blood. Both methods are used to restore missing or damaged tissue between teeth. The study was conducted at Pamukkale University and has been completed. The research aimed to determine which of these two procedures is more effective in treating papilla defects.
