This article discusses a program aimed at enhancing resilience and quality of life in individuals suffering from bipolar disorder. The program utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) as a key intervention. It is designed specifically for individuals with bipolar affective disorder who are in remission. The main goal is to strengthen the psychological resilience of the participants. The intervention is characterized as a behavioral psychological program. The study that implemented this program was sponsored by Cumhuriyet University. The project has been successfully completed.
