This study investigated the effects of tele-rehabilitation and home-based, unsupervised pelvic floor muscle exercises (PFME). The main objective was to assess the impact of these interventions on urinary incontinence, pelvic floor functions, and childbirth. The study focused on pregnant women, who often suffer from urinary incontinence. Tele-rehabilitation and home-based pelvic floor exercises were used as intervention methods. The research was sponsored by Artvin Coruh University and Bahçeşehir University. The project is already completed.
