Water Exchange Colonoscopy in Elderly Patients

This clinical record focuses on the use of water exchange colonoscopy in elderly patients. The primary medical conditions addressed are colonoscopy and colorectal cancer screening. One of the evaluated medical procedures is water exchange colonoscopy. Another procedure included among the compared interventions is gas insufflation colonoscopy. The study interventions also involve the administration of anesthesia utilizing propofol and opioids.
