Effect of Erector Spinae Plane Block on Neuropathic Pain After Abdominal Hysterectomy

The study examined the effectiveness of erector spinae plane block in reducing neuropathic pain after abdominal hysterectomy. The intervention group of patients received bupivacaine applied through erector spinae plane block as part of perioperative analgesia. The control group received standard perioperative analgesia without this specific block. The primary objective was to evaluate the impact on postoperative pain and chronic postsurgical pain. The study was conducted at Necmettin Erbakan University. The research was completed and data were processed.
