This study, titled 'Caffeine Dose and Duration in Habitual Female Users', investigated the effects of caffeine on the female body. Specifically, it focused on its impact related to athletic performance and resistance training. Participants were administered various doses of caffeine as a dietary supplement. One group received 3 mg of caffeine per kilogram of body weight, while another group received 6 mg of caffeine per kilogram. For comparison, a group receiving a placebo was also included. The study was sponsored by Birjand University of Medical Sciences and has already been completed. Its aim was to explore how different caffeine doses affect performance in women who habitually consume it.
