This clinical study focuses on the effect of Tai Chi exercise on quality of life and depression in elderly individuals suffering from sarcopenia. Sarcopenia in the elderly population represents the primary health condition evaluated in this trial. The project assessed two distinct behavioral movement interventions. The first intervention consisted of Tai Chi exercise. The second comparative intervention was elderly exercise, originally designated as senam lansia.
