The study examined the effects of a modified Otago exercise program on neurocognitive functions and balance in community-dwelling older adults. The Otago program is a specialized exercise regimen designed to prevent falls and improve functional mobility in elderly people. The research focused on measuring changes in neurocognitive functions and balance parameters among participants. The study was conducted at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University and has been completed. The program was compared with a control group that did not receive the exercise intervention. The results contribute to understanding the impact of physical exercise on cognitive health and safety in older adults.
