The Effect of Robotic Rehabilitation in Stroke Patients

This study investigated the effect of robotic rehabilitation in patients who suffered a stroke. It focused on various types of strokes, including subacute, ischemic, and hemorrhagic. The main intervention examined was robot-assisted upper extremity therapy. This method was compared with conventional physiotherapy to determine its effectiveness. The aim was to ascertain how robotic assistance contributes to the restoration of functions after a stroke. The study was sponsored by Lokman Hekim University and its completion has been successful.
