The study compared the effects of aerobic exercise, ketogenic diet, and their combination on obesity-related biomarkers in obese women with high waist-to-hip ratio (WHR). The research was conducted at Cairo University and has been completed. The study included three intervention groups: the first group performed aerobic exercise, the second group followed a ketogenic diet, and the third group combined both interventions. The objective was to measure and compare changes in various obesity-related biomarkers between groups. The research focused on obese women who have increased health risks associated with fat tissue distribution.
