A study conducted at Antwerp University Hospital investigated the effects of audio-guided body scan meditations on patient well-being. The intervention program called INWARD consisted of meditations focused on progressive awareness of different body parts. The study was funded by the University of Antwerp, Antwerp University Hospital, and Artesis Plantijn University College in Antwerp. The project aimed to support overall patient well-being through a behavioral intervention. The study has been completed.
