Kinesio Taping vs Rigid Compression Taping Following Bimaxillary Orthognathic Surgery

This study compares the effects of Kinesio Taping and rigid compression taping. It focuses on patients following bimaxillary orthognathic surgery. The main conditions investigated are postoperative pain and edema. The aim is to determine which taping method is more effective in managing these postoperative complications. Interventions include the application of Kinesio Taping and rigid compression taping. The study was sponsored by Gazi University and Ankara University. The research has already been completed.
