A Randomized Double-Blind Clinical Study of Intracavernosal OnabotulinumtoxinA Injection in Patients With Erectile Dysfunction Refractory to Phosphodiesterase-5 Inhibitors

This was a randomized, double-blind clinical study. It investigated the efficacy of intracavernosal onabotulinumtoxinA (Botox®) injection. The study focused on patients with erectile dysfunction who were refractory to phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors. Saline (0.9% NaCl) injections were used as a control intervention. The study was sponsored by Clinica Universidad de Navarra and Universidad de Navarra. The study has been completed.
