The research focused on measuring procedure success rates, occurrence of minor complications, and musculoskeletal complaints among staff. The analysis included ergonomic assessment using REBA score, which measures physical strain on workers. The study was conducted at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Indonesia and aimed to optimize working conditions and enhance procedure safety. The research has been completed and its findings may contribute to improving spinal anesthesia practice in clinical settings.
