Etuvetidigene Autotemcel for the Treatment of Wiskott–Aldrich Syndrome

Etuvetidigene Autotemcel is a new therapeutic agent designed for the treatment of Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome, a rare genetic disorder affecting the immune system. The study was published in the New England Journal of Medicine in September 2026. Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome is an inherited condition characterized by immune cell dysfunction and increased risk of infectious complications.
