This clinical project focuses on a functional exercise program integrated into the daily lifestyle of seniors. The target population under evaluation consists of older adults residing in residential care facilities. The research examined specific behavioral exercise interventions. The first evaluated intervention was the ALIFE assisted functional exercise program. The second tested approach was the OTAGO exercise program. Both evaluated interventions were designed as targeted behavioral exercise routines. The study was sponsored by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University along with the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council Limited.
