This clinical study evaluated the effects of flaxseed oil, olive oil, and their combination in patients with metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease. The primary research focused on evaluating hepatic and metabolic outcomes within this patient group. Specifically, the trial assessed changes in liver enzyme levels among the participants. Key metabolic markers, including blood glucose levels and lipid profiles, were also monitored. The interventions included conventional diet and treatment, supplementation with flaxseed oil, extra virgin olive oil, and a combination of both oils.
