On September 8, Sandoz unveiled a new set of targets at its Capital Markets Day, part of a roadmap dubbed Bio100. The company aims to become the undisputed leader in the biosimilar industry within the decade. Sandoz plans to leverage what it calls a 'golden decade' for biosimilars, outlining an ambitious growth strategy. This strategy envisions Sandoz harboring more than 100 of these compounds in its portfolio by 2040. Currently, Sandoz primarily relies on generics, with its portfolio containing 13 biosimilars. The company will also target next-generation modalities with the highest growth potential.
