This clinical study focused on menopausal women suffering from sleep disturbances. The objective was to investigate the effects of a specific dietary supplement intended for sleep support. The tested dietary supplement contained a combination of several active ingredients. Among the key substances were S-adenosyl methionine, known as SAMe, and propyl gallate. Another important ingredient was gamma-aminobutyric acid, designated as GABA. The formulation also contained the amino acid L-theanine. The final listed active component was magnesium glycinate.
