Prophylactic Tramadol Versus Magnesium Sulphate for Prevention of Post-Spinal Shivering

This study focused on the prevention of post-spinal shivering, a condition that can occur after spinal anesthesia. The main objective was to compare the efficacy of two different drugs in this context. Specifically, prophylactic Tramadol was compared with Magnesium Sulphate. Both drugs were investigated as potential interventions to prevent shivering in patients. The study was sponsored by the Punjab Rangers Teaching Hospital in Lahore. According to the available information, this study has already been completed.
