Mass-Casualty Incident - Prehospital Emergency Response

This project focuses on prehospital emergency response to mass-casualty incidents. The main conditions investigated were mass casualty incident preparedness and simulation-based medical education. Various interventions were utilized within the project. These included a standard Mass-Casualty Incident Curriculum. Furthermore, an MCIPHER mnemonic pre-brief was employed. A tabletop simulation was also part of the approach. The project was sponsored by organizations such as Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dubai Health, and Vrije Universiteit Brussel. The entire project has been successfully completed.
